All our actions are based on the principle of careful use of resources. We want to ensure that future generations have the same conditions as we do. In order to fulfil this responsibility, we and our suppliers produce according to environmental standards at the highest European level. We use only suppliers from the EU area, we keep transport routes short, and – where it is technically possible and makes sense – we use materials that have been manufactured and tested to be free of harmful substances in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

By this we mean reliability, trust, correctness, conscientiousness, and straightforwardness in dealing with our customers, employees, and suppliers. We communicate on equal terms. People are at the centre of attention, and we treat them with respect and fairness.

Thanks to the wide range of innovative outsoles – from the ultra-light, cushioning-optimised TPU/PU sole for light indoor/outdoor use to the solid mountain sole suitable for high mountains – each shoe has the optimal sole for the respective application.

Whether using digital or analogue tools, determining the correct foot measurements is the prerequisite for producing shoes in the multiple width system.

All individual parts of the shoe, including the insole, are ergonomically preformed. This is possible only with our AGO technology. AGO-manufactured Rukapol® shoes speak for the high quality and skill of our workers.

Everyone has a right to the work he or she can do. Also those who need orthopaedic care. As a shoe manufacturer, we offer these people the entire range of orthopaedic insoles, orthopaedic finishes, and custom-made orthopaedic shoes in cooperation with selected orthopaedic shoemakers.
