Data protection

Basic data protection regulation GDPRO

The protection and security of your personal data is an important concern for us. This website therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian and European data protection regulations (GDPR). You as a user actively agree to the data processing in the sense of this declaration by means of a check box.

This privacy policy applies only to this website. If you are redirected to other sites via links on our pages, please inform yourself directly on the redirected website about the respective handling of your data. Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number) will be processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of Austrian data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection, processing, and use of your personal data.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by email or via unencrypted websites) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
If you place an order via our website, your transmitted or entered data will be checked manually or automatically with the existing data inventory for validity and topicality and, if necessary, compared to correct the data stored with us. This may require our staff to contact you. This is done by email or by telephone. The data entered by you will be used exclusively for the processing of the order, the handling of the registration, or for internal marketing purposes; the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted as soon as the respective contract is fulfilled and there is no longer a legal obligation to store the data.

Links
We carefully check links leaving our website. Nevertheless, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the contents of pages linked to from this website or from another website.

Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Inventory data
Without your express consent or without legal basis, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the contract processing. After complete contract processing, your data will be blocked for further use. After expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, this data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to its further use.
Insofar as these are necessary for the establishment, content, or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), your personal data will be used exclusively for the execution of the contract. For example, to deliver the goods, your name and address must be passed on to the supplier of the goods.

Credit assessment
As far as we make advance payments (e.g. payment on account) we will obtain a credit report about you if necessary.
For this purpose, we will forward your personal data (e.g. name and address) to this company. On the basis of mathematical-statistical methods, the risk of default is examined. We make the conclusion of the sales contract dependent on the result of the credit assessment.
